Haris H. Gwarzo serves as the Assistant General Manager of Investment at Kano State Investment and Properties Limited (KSIP). Often regarded as a central figure in the agency’s financial growth strategy, Haris brings extensive expertise in capital markets, development finance, and strategic asset management to his role.
His primary focus at KSIP is the identification and execution of high-yield investment opportunities that align with the state’s economic development goals. He is responsible for managing the agency's diverse investment portfolio, which includes equity holdings and public-private partnerships (PPPs). His leadership is instrumental in structuring deals that attract both domestic and foreign direct investment to Kano.
