Mukhtar Sani is the Principal Manager of Properties at Kano State Investment and Properties Limited (KSIP). In this vital role, he serves as the custodian of the agency's extensive real estate assets, including commercial plazas, residential developments, and strategic land plots across Kano State and beyond.
Mukhtar leads the Properties Department with a focus on maximizing the value and utility of the state's physical assets. His responsibilities include the management of lease agreements, property maintenance, and the strategic allocation of land for new investment projects. He plays a key role in the "Realignment for Growth" initiative by ensuring that all KSIP-owned facilities, such as shopping complexes and industrial sites, are operated efficiently and remain attractive to modern business tenants.
With a deep understanding of urban planning and property law, Mukhtar ensures that the agency’s developments comply with state regulations while meeting the demands of a rapidly growing commercial hub. He works closely with the Investment team to transform dormant assets into productive revenue streams, supporting the overarching goal of making Kano a primary destination for property investment in Northern Nigeria.
